                 Practicing Sitting and Walking Meditation

 

                                Mondays:  7 to 9 PM, for dharma study, guided, walking, and silent meditation

.                                                    We conclude with tea at 9 PM for those who wish to stay and talk.

                               Wednesdays: 8 to 8:45 AM, guided sitting meditation.

                               Fridays: 7:30 to 8:45 AM, guided meditation, silent sitting and walking meditation  

  We meet at the

Presbyterian Church at Franklin Lakes

         730 Franklin Lake Rd., between Ewing Ave.and High Mountain Rd.  Directions

  The Practice Community at Franklin Lakes invites you to visit us for sitting and walking meditation, dharma teachings, and discussion.

Each session features teachings of Vietnamese Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. We are also open to the teachings of other meditation practices.

There is a brief discussion of the practice, and the opportunity to experience the simple joys of sitting and walking meditation.  SanghaScenes
